Upcoming Facility Move, Hi-Line East (Massachusetts)

Effective December 9, 2019

Dear Valued Customer,

Please accept this letter as a formal notification of the move of our Millbury, MA facility. We will begin operations at our new address effective December 9, 2019. Our new address will be:

Hi-Line Utility Supply, East

26 Town Forest Road

Webster, MA 01570

Our new facility is located less than 20 minutes from the previous Millbury, MA facility, and conveniently located off I-395.

Hours, Turnaround, & Shipments

For Hi-Line East only, testing turnaround, hours, and shipments will be affected beginning Monday, November 25, 2019:

• Retesting orders received before November 25 are expected to ship before December 5.
• Retesting orders received November 25 through December 5 will be processed after the 9. Please allow for additional retesting time.
• Last call for pick-ups at Millbury will be December 5 at 12pm. Unclaimed pick-ups will be shipped via standard UPS ground and billed accordingly.
• For the fastest service, orders may ship from Gilberts, IL during this move.

We will be CLOSED beginning Friday, December 6, 2019 at noon.  We strongly encourage placing any orders earlier in the week leading up to these dates to minimize disruption.

All Hi-Line East operations will resume December 9.

Applicable Updates Related to Move

Ensure all applicable updates, communication, and notifications have been made to reflect the new Webster, MA address to avoid any service or support delays:

• Inbound testing/recertification orders
• Returns / RGAs
• Repairs
• Pickups / Drop-offs
